The Faces Behind OSO
Josh Williams
Originally from the UK, Josh represented his county in rugby and cricket before earning a Sports Coaching degree from the University of Central Lancashire. After graduating, he moved to the U.S. to join the Kenwood & Evergreen Leadership Team, where he spent over a decade hiring and training more than 2,000 seasonal staff. Today, as Co-Founder of OSO, his favorite part of the work is getting to know each person and helping them make the most of their camp experience.
Caleb Parker
Caleb’s path has taken him from the Sundance Film Festival to outdoor schools in Oregon and private schools in France and Rhode Island. Along the way, he’s mastered the art of people, building connections, creating community, and navigating the ins and outs of the seasonal job market. At OSO, he brings that understanding to help connect staff and camps in ways that feel real, human, and lasting.

With over 25 years of experience in seasonal jobs, both as employees and employers, we’ve mastered the art of hiring (and occasionally firing). As hiring managers, we spend our days talking about the unique benefits of seasonal employment, and now we’re eager to share that vision on a larger scale. We’ve directly hired, influenced, and worked alongside nearly 2,000 employees, all while running one of the top-rated camps for staff satisfaction.
